2016 PEDAL 4 PATTISON’S 4-HOUR SPINNING® MARATHON

Fundraising Guidelines and Tips

Each bike must raise at least $250.00 (in addition to the $25.00 registration fee). Whether you are riding alone or sharing a bike, $250.00 is the minimum per bike. We strongly recommend that you consider establishing a goal over the minimum amount. Chances are you’ll get what you ask for, if not more! Remember, our goal is to fully fund summer camp. Imagine: if each cyclist or team raises $1500.00 (or more!), we will continue to surpass our goal by leaps and bounds! BELIEVE!

All fundraising dollars (minimum of $250.00) must be turned in at event sign-in (night before the ride). Don’t worry, we’ll provide you with all the check-in details as the date approaches.

There are several ways to raise money for P4P:

CREATE YOUR PERSONAL FUNDRAISING WEBSITE – IT’S FAST AND ASY AND THE QUICKEST WAY TO GENERATE FUNDS! Go to: https://www.firstgiving.com/pattisonsacademy/pedal-4-pattisons and click on the Fundraise button. If you already have a First Giving account, then you can login and begin creating your page; otherwise, you will need to create an account first and then follow the steps for creating your page. Consider adding pictures of yourself and your teammates as well as an event video. Depending on your team’s size, you can create one page or several. After you create your page, click on “view live.” You can now share your page with family and friends for fundraising. Encourage them to share the link and spread the word about this amazing event!

Collect cash and checks. Checks should be made out to “Pattison’s Academy” with Pedal 4 Pattison’s written in the memo line. A credit card machine will be available at event sign-in.
